SITE VISIT
The initial site visit will last approximately one hour. We will take essential measurements and notes and discuss your requirements in as much detail as possible. There is no charge for this visit, however, if building work is required we may need to make further visits. If you have collected pictures or samples, or have your own sketches or ideas, please show them to us. If you are considering a refurbishment project, we will also need to know whether you will be living in the property yourself, doing it up to rent, or wanting to sell. We may take photographs for reference purposes, please note that any photographs taken on site will be retained for the duration of the project and will be deleted once the project is at an end. We may ask your permission to keep certain shots for use on our website or publicity material. Should you decide not to proceed with a project we will of course delete any photographs.

DESIGN REPORT Following the first site visit we will provide you with a Design Report and estimate. This will contain a brief description of the existing site and a report of our visit. It will also have an summary of our design proposal

PROPOSAL
Once you have agreed to proceed we will produce a detailed Proposal containing feasibility study, cost plan, estimate, specification of work, schedule, bill of quanitities, drawings and draft contracts.
In the Design Gallery we will present the existing layout, proposed plans, CGI's or drawings, technical specification, unit prices (for kitchens & bathrooms) and design board containing recommended colours, finishes, flooring and decoratng if required.
We will usually meet with you to go through the Proposal in detail, we will not ask you sign contracts until we have your approval, so now is the time to discuss any changes of mind!

GUARANTEES All kitchen and bathroom fitting is guaranteed for a 12 month period; there is a 2 week snagging window post completion. Manufacturers warranties may apply.

CONTRACTS We will ask you to sign contracts as proof of your acceptance of the terms outlined in the proposal. The contract also protects you should you have any problems with the fitting of your bathroom or kitchen for a period of 12 months from the date of completion. We will also ask you for a set of keys if you are away, or at work when we require access to your property and issue you with a receipt

DESIGNER The Designer will liaise with you and the Project Manager regularly throughout the job to bring all the different elements of a project together, and on budget.

PROJECT MANAGER
Your job will be assigned a Project Manager who will be your point of contact throughout the job. The PM will be responsible for employing contractors and trades on site; keeping the job on schedule; collecting all stage payments and the purchasing of products and materials.
There will be a fee for the PM payable in stages throughout the project.
FEES
Fees will usually be payable upfront or in stage payments throughout the project. Fixed fees are non-refundable
STAGE PAYMENTS
All payments will be paid in instalments throughout the project and are usually a percentage of the overall estimated costs. The first payment is due on signing of contracts and the last stage payment is due when the job is finally signed off by the client after snagging.
All payments are ring fenced and receipts will be issued
